Wow u guys scamming people , I bought the crew motorfest , and I found out that I can just download it on my ps4 , and I try taking the game back and they was not let me get a trade or Cash And it says on there website they give cash or trade I am confused

Been here a couple times for recent releases, and those experiences will keep me from returning to this location. Employees acted like I was interrupting their hangout when I walked in, and one of them audibly trashed talked the other for talking to me and hyping the game I was purchasing - as an ex manager for GameStop, I was appalled by the notion of an employee saying anything that would make a customer feel ashamed of their purchase. I made a pre-order that day, which was a mistake, because that meant coming back. The day I came by to pick up my pre-order, they were closed (gates closed and lights off) long before their posted closing time, and the next day the one employee they had was just hanging out with three people just loitering at the counter. It was uncomfortable. As someone who has witnessed the fall of Hollywood Video, Blockbuster, and Borders, this is the type of service that will drive your customers to better services and in this day and age, Amazon is a worthy replacement.
