I'm not an advocate to have a location closed, but the service I received yesterday was far from having professionalism. T-mobile as a company needs to hire people who actually want to understand the needs of the customer(s). The assistant manager and her supervisor are the worst. They refer to their own employees from customer service as "people that know nothing and they from India, so I don't listen to them anyway." I read the negative feedback of another reviewer about six months ago after they visited this location, and it was true from my experience. I honestly think they just don't like providing the same level of customer satisfaction as they do with the other groups that left a great review. I won't be the last African American to visit this store, but to those who are looking for better service, please AVOID at all cost. I've been with T-mobile for over 12 years, and I'm sure that's longer than both of them, two employee collectively working at T-mobile. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Going here at all cost!!!

The worst experience in my entire life with a telephone company, they gave us false prices and charged us double the rate for several devices, this complaint is directed to the entire team of this store who are liars and rude, especially the current manager He was rude to me and my entire family, he laughed at us and left, leaving us talking alone, definitely the worst telephone company that exists in the entire USA, the manager's name is Eduardo, today, Saturday, February 17, he was very rude to us and he went away.
