        I'm disappointed with the service I received by MAX at this store, I was told by this person that I could not be helped because I wasnt an authorized user on my wife and I's account when I am, I went to another store and found out I was an authorized user,(although I already knew I was authorized) I also was told by this person that because my ID was expired that even if I was put on the account as an authorized user that I could no longer be helped even after I explained it is current but have not yet received my ID in the mail. I dont know why I was treated this way, and when I called TMOBILE to complain they said that they can do nothing because my account was never accessed at this store by this worker. I cannot get a managers name or district managers name. I hope no one else is ever treated like this. What is strange is 1 year prior I had the greatest experience and I was literally in the same boat as today, the other worker there was very kind but whatever you do avoid MAX.

        T-Mobile in Harbor City on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and Western Avenue I've been with T-Mobile now 16 years now it's a great store to visit cuz there's not a lot of people there like you would if you went to a bigger T-Mobile store I was there too today to take pictures of T-Mobile's products for Google and Yelp the girl is very very rude said I could not take pictures but I got five anyways 3 outside pictures and two from outside of the window looking in she wanted to know why I want the pics and I told her for Google and Yelp what's your problem?. So if you're in a hurry I would recommend this T-Mobile store and they won't let you in this store because of covid where are the other ones you can go inside the store. I have an LG Stylo 3 and they don't make them no more so you have to upgrade to a Revvel 5 + T-Mobile is the 5G Nation
