        Waiting now over a week, technically 2 weeks since renting, to get my contract to pay these guys . Unacceptable passed week of 4 phone calls trying to get the adjusted rate on a rental after horrendous week of car renting . Its now three days since the fourth phone call with manager promised Id be done with this mess . Thats over a week of 4 calls to just get a bill closer out . And the manager wanted me to first ensure I gave him a great review closing out my bill . Ridiculous

        Easy drop off and professional service. We got confused on our drop off time, but they worked with us. That kind of customer service isnt always found. Thank you enterprise! Highly recommend anyone on the fence trying to choose between rental companies. This one will get our business.
