Verizon

I bought a Gizmodo watch for my son, and it didn't get reception at our home or at his school, which really eliminates the entire value of the watch. But on top of that, the app wouldn't add any additional family members, or let them message the watch or let the watch message them, which really made it pretty much useless. I went to return it at Verizon, and they couldn't figure out how to make it work, or even figure out how to reset it properly to reboot it. In the end, they admitted they couldnt figure it out either, but then charged me a $50 reach stocking fee. Thats pretty horrible customer service. I went to the store to buy it, then made an appointment because of the long line and returned, then had to come back a third time to return it. I wouldn't have minded any of it, but when they couldn't even get it to reboot or get it to message, they shouldn't have charged me a restocking fee. Again, horrible customer service. Its always like this with Verizon. If I wasn't already locked into plans, I'd move to another carrier.

Aweful experience. They said that they would exchamge my phone for a new one. Instead shipped me a refurbished ones. And when you try to talk out store executives would walk away

I would give negative stars if that is available. Very worst customer service in this store. Don't ever try to go to this store. I had a wrong bill charged on my account and when I called the billing department, they asked me go to the verizon store and when I went to the store, the customer service guy asked me to talk to the billing department. It was going in the circles and the customer service guy was useless and rude. Don't ever go to this store.

Needed a new phone. Salesman was super knowledgeable and set my new phone up in less than 10 minutes. This is the corporate store which is much better than the franchise stores.

Terrible customer service and does not honor the guarantee services. Rude manager, Elle not interested in help, just giving you excuses. And the prices are the double of other stores.
