The working hrs are 9 _ 5. I went at 9 and waited even 5 minutes extra so they open and I can get my live scan done. But no one shown up. I called no one answered. I left and came back at 9:30 still its close. So unprofessional. Wasted my time.

The service was very professional and fast, the process took place in 10 minutes. Very friendly, I highly recommend this place

I called ahead for a livescan appointment and was told to come in. When I arrived with my cousin, we were greeted rudely by the staff. Despite there being empty seats, they insisted my cousin couldn't be there and asked us to wait outside. When I questioned why, they became defensive and made derogatory remarks. I expressed my disappointment at their unprofessional behavior and emphasized that such conduct is unacceptable. However, they remained dismissive and insisted on their right to run the business as they pleased. Feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, we chose to leave. The use of the phrase "you people" was particularly offensive and inappropriate. When we departed, my cousin mentioned that they had treated several other people in a similar manner before.
