    Insurance sent me to them for a cracked windshield. They made and canceled appointments at the last minute, failed to recalibrate the new windshield, made another appointment and kept me waiting near 1 hour after my appointment time to start since their equipment was. Busy Really a very poor operation

    My insurance company referred me to the Dunbrook Rd location in order to replace the glass on my hatch. On 06/03/2023 the tech arrived at my house to replace the glass. He proceeded to cause extensive damage to the paint/body, destroyed the struts that held the glass up, damaged the glass locking mechanism, and failed to remove/replace parts from the glass as he stated he did not know how to. He then tried to hide the paint/body damage by spray painting everything black. When asked about the destroyed struts, broken locking mechanism, and missing parts, he failed to acknowledge that anything was wrong. The warranty repair claim was filed on 06/03/2023 and the actual repair to all the damages was not completed until 09/14/2023. It culminated in me doing the final repair as I was fed up with their business practices. My advice is to you as the customer: - Inspect ALL work completed by this location. - File a warranty claim ASAP - File a claim with the Better Business Bureau ASAP - Document all contact with ALL representatives of this location - Confirm all appointments. Confirm time and location of the appointments. Confirm that the shop will actually be open and that someone will actually be there - Document all damages/missing parts and confirm the representative documents the SAME things - Confirm the representative ACTUALLY orders the EXACT parts needed for the repair - Confirm the location where the repair will be completed - Confirm that ALL parts were received for the repair - Be aware that you will receive the excuse that someone in the parts department ordered the wrong parts - Confirm pick-up/drop-off location for the rental vehicle if needed - Be aware that YOU will be blamed for the extended time period it takes to complete the repairs - Follow-up with all Better Business Bureau correspondence throughout the repair process - When told the repair is complete, confirm the repair was actually COMPLETED - Confirm all parts for the repair were actually ordered AGAIN - Be aware your car will not be the same after their repair.

    Customer service was great and the service went fast, however I dont think they put my windshield wipers back on right. Theyre messed up now :( also when I got home I noticed they left one of their tools on the outside of my windshield

    My appoint was cancelled due to Safelite being unable to obtain my windshield. They said they would reschedule, but they did not. There is no provision for speaking to someone in person, and their website, which could not address my issue, is the only option. I have no way to follow up with them. truly worthless.

image My insurance company referred me to the Dunbrook Rd location in order to replace the glass on my hatch. On 06/03/2023 the tech arrived at my house to replace the glass.
