DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE! I had an issue with my iphone screen, and I saw his 1 day turn around glass replacement service on ebay for ~$49. I didn't know if it was the right service to use, so I messaged him to confirm he can fix my screen. He replied yes, so I purchased the service. 5 days after he received my phone, he says it's not a cracked screen problem, it's an LCD and digitizer problem, and asked for an extra $63. The thing is, he knew it was the LCD problem when I messaged him prior to purchasing! He could've told me his listing doesn't cover my problem, but he didn't. Now he had my phone, I didn't have much choice but to pay him what he asked for since I was already out of my phone for 5 days. I asked him what the difference was between a glass replacement and LCD replacement, he showed me a website that said glass replacement was 1-2 hr job, but LCD was only a 30 min job. So I paid him the extra money, thinking now it should be quick to fix. But he goes radio silent. I keep asking him for status updates, and my messages keep getting ignored. He then initiated a tracking number online, and claims the phone was on its way back. But he didn't actually drop off the phone to USPS until 1 week later, and that's after I keep messaging him about why he hasn't dropped off my phone for shipment. All in all, 1 day turnaround became 17 days! I tried to be reasonable and asked for a partial refund of ~$20 since 1 day turnaround service took 17 days. He refused, claiming since what I bought didn't match the listing, 1 day turn around didn't apply. Problem is, he knew what I bought didn't match the description BEFORE I made the purchase but didn't tell me. He knew he could get me for more money once he had my phone. He knew he could take his sweet time to do a 30 min job. He knew his bait and switch would work because he's done it many times, just look at his previous reviews. Don't forget to check BBB and Yelp reviews.
