Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Sorrento Valley

Stayed for a couple of nights on business. Decent hotel, room was fine, on-site washing and drying machines were useful. The breakfast is at an on-site Starbucks, so you'll probably be waiting in line for a while because it's quite small and a lot of the other hotel guests will be using it. Gym was a bit small and limited. I found the staff a bit cold and unwelcoming.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The Cafe has good food, and the rooms were clean. It was a short stay but very pleasant!

Checkout was at 12 which is really nice. They gave us 3 complimentary water bottles when checked in and 2 when I checked out. The only thing is there was only free coffee in the room and not at the lobby as they have a Starbucks made by the front desk assistants and can only basically drink drinks for you. At designated hours. 15 dollars for parking each night :/

The hotel was close to my meeting location so I chose to stay here. The front desk was welcoming and offered complimentary water, which I appreciated. I had booked this hotel stay via Delta Stays but they still offered water as a Marriott Gold member, which was nice. The rooms are average. I had trouble turning off the desk lamp. I called to get helped but was told to just unplug the desk lamp. The walls between rooms are ultra thin. the room next to me started watching the news at 3am and it disturbed my sleep. The rooms on the first floor have outdoor light coming into the room and are not as private. I paid $330 per night, which is very steep price for this place. It was in close proximity to my meeting, and hence I chose this hotel.
