Hotel Iris

Front desk young chubby Mexican lady is one of the rudest and unhappy l people I have ever experienced staying at a hotel. I don't know why she has such a bad attitude or why she thinks she's above everybody but someone needs to give her a reality check and let her know that shes replaceable and you can teach a retarded monkey to do what she does. She has a chip on her shoulder and takes it out on the guest, she doesn't smile and I witnessed her mistreat several people. She needs an attitude adjustment and if she wasn't a female I would have let her know myself where she stands, just flat out unaccommodating and it's crazy how shes able to stay employed there. The night staff and cleaning ladies are great!

I love this hotel, excellent price, super clean rooms and outstanding customer service from all the staff including the housekeepers. TJ is awesome.. always polite, helpful and just all around great a human being.. Thanks for always making me feel welcomed, appreciated and most importantly giving travelers a great place to stay at a price we can afford, especially for San Diego, CA. Rooms: Excellent Nearby activities: Shopping, restaurants and entertainment Safety: 24 security and I always feel safe when i stay here

The pictures on google look nice and everything for this hotel(Iris) but in the real life is not what the pictures shows you. I dont recommend this hotel to no one.
