Absolutely horrible customer service. Scott is a real piece of work. He will try his best to never give your deposit back at the end of living in one of their properties. Sent request after request to fix items in the apartment and it would take weeks to get it done. Had mold growing through the wall and all they did was cover it up.

If your new to town and need help w downtown condos in Gaslamp, Marina District, Hillcrest Mission Hills, North Park and Mission Beach, Scott is very professional and the condos that his owners let him manage and lease are always priced right!!!

Rented a property from werentsd for 2 and a half years. Numerous issues throughout the years. Mainly the townhouse was a 2 bed 2 bath for my roommate and I, we discovered mold and mildew in one of the bathrooms. It took 3 weeks of workers coming in daily to fix the issues, and we were only reimbursed $400 for not having access to a bathroom and taking time off work to let the workers in, and to keep and eye on our belongings. Throughout the stay there were issues with termites which were not fixed, and the unit was much out of date. The cabinets were original from the 80s and were falling apart. The rent was raised each year without any improvements to the property. Next, some issues came up and I had to back out of the lease a few months early, I continued to pay the rent ($2500) each month and was left in the dark. I discovered the listings for the unit were taken down on October 2nd, I emailed the landlord on 9 Oct and did not receive an email until 14 October. I was reimbursed rent from from the 15th of the month on, however the company has refused to show me any proof that the property was rented out on the 15 and not the day the listings were removed. Very unclear and refusing to communicate.

Best Property Management Company! As an owner this is a great company. I have other properties in other cities and states with other property management companies who do not do a good job. Scott and his team have always assisted the tenants, HOA and myself very quickly. The unit is always rented within days. I feel very lucky to have this team handle my property.
