BEWARE! Deliveries to Whole Foods (right next to Modera) EVERY NIGHT at 2:30am at the parking lot, several trucks show up, loud banging of pallets for an hour+, echoes up the Modera building, you will wake up if you face that side! Then, trash pick up of all Whole Foods trash follows at around 4am, LOUD truck plus banging of the metal dumpsters (youll wake up again)! It is a real shame and really mind boggling that the leasing office plays this down as something they cant control - well its your responsibility to protect your residents and shield them from health damaging noise. Establish quiet hours in collaboration with the authorities. But since Modera wont life a finger: DO NOT MOVE THERE.

Love the property, been here since November with my husband. The complex is great, friendly staff. All very accommodating. The maintenance team is always fast and helpful. See havent had any worries and always feel safe since its secure building. Close to downtown and plenty of things to do. We couldnt have asked for a better home. I love the tall windows in our apartment. Even our cats love it here, when your a pet owner it can be a struggle to trust apartment complexes with our pets. But I have no worries here, the staff is respectful and mindful of all residents even the furry ones. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent!

Modera is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Great views of the Bay, right next to Whole Foods, Caltrain, SAP Center, and a park full of cute doggies. I don't have any complaints about the complex. The common areas are well kept and clean; if something didn't stop working, it was fixed as soon as possible. The highly professional staff shows they care about the complex and community. Special thanks to Jessica, is very professional and knowledgeable about the business, quick to respond, knows the answer to any question, and is friendly and easygoing. He was the first person I met, and they made me feel right at home. She's the best. Josh, I couldn't think of a better person for his job, someone with a passion for helping others. Take great pride in his work, is a true leader, is quick to respond to any request, and no-nonsense. Omar, look at the quality and condition of the building and apartments. Top top notch! A real professional. Again, he is quick to respond, friendly, nice, and takes great pride in his work and hard worker. I would love him to build my house. Santiago, excellent service, super nice, friendly. The building is spotless inside and out Every day! A professional, hard worker, and super friendly. Without him, Modera would not have been the same.
