I had a tour with Emil. I just already feel the need to do review for the property manager Emil he is genuinely caring person. And the beautiful well maintained apartment complex. Looking forward to join the community. Thank you Emil

Like previous comments the apartment itself is good but the manager there is a serious grief. Originally before signing the lease the hospitality would be surreal but post that you can see a 180 degree shift in personality. The apartments are well furnished but the stay is not 100% enjoyable, for the same or less money you can get new apartments with swimming pools. Also, returning the deposit money is also close to impossible. The responses are super passive. They did not return any deposit money despite having the professional cleaners clean the space. Be prepared to loose your deposit money. There are much better places around with lower rent, choose that to enjoy your stay.

Scotia was a very beautiful apartment complex with all modern security and design. We had such a wonderful experience with the Manage, Emil and he was definitely a plus side to our time at Scotia. Definitely a lovely family oriented man in a lovely home.

We recently moved into Scotia Apartments and I must say it feels like living in a resort. The property is well maintained and the Property Manager Emils is absolutely amazing. He made the oboarding process simple and clearly cares about the residents. Emil is very responsive and even welcomed us with a fresh loaf of baked bread. It's beginning to truly feel like home.

I couldn't say how amazing Emil was when he gave me and my partner a tour, after hours as well. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and tried to help us with even with the things we mentioned on the tour. He really seemed genuine about taking proper care about his apartments and from what I saw, the layout and extra amenities were very nice. Thank you so much for everything Emil.
