Most noise polluted apartments Ive ever lived before. Here you can hear all kind of sounds from traffic, airplane, local train and good train. Worst place to live if you want to stay in peaceful place do not move here. This place is the most noisiest place.

Meh, nothing special about these apartments. Moved in and the first couple of weeks I asked them about a ceiling fan which then consider an amenity. So I asked to have one placed. They took my name and apt number down. Nothing ever came to it. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and I left them know. Nothing ever came to it. Car break ins galore. Ive had 4 packages stolen worth over $600 and there is nothing they can do even though they have security cameras in the mail room, they have parcel lockers that they wont place inside the lockers; their solution was tightening up the hours for the mail room. Ive asked to speak to corporate which they refused to give me a name and number. They said someone will call me which I highly doubt seeing their track record. Save your time, money and energy; go else where

After living at Fountain Plaza there are both pros and cons, but the cons outweigh the pros in severity. Pros - pool, close to downtown, dog friendly Cons - theft, MANAGEMENT! The pool area is great with many lounge chairs, nice grills, and a jacuzzi. The proximity to both downtown and 2 dog parks right outside was a huge plus if that's what you're looking for. That's where the pros end... We've had a bike and multiple packages stolen, and we're explained by management that "it should have been an understood risk since we live so close to downtown." Little care or empathy was shown from Fountain for our troubles after the thefts occurred; after the incidents it was far less about the object stolen and more about their reaction to our loss, which Fountain staff was oblivious to. We've also seen cars with broken windows parked outside the front of the building and in the parking garage visitor spots. As for the management team, it's an extremely disorganized staff from the top down. The day we moved in they were not prepared for us. At least the apartment was empty and clean, but the staff had no idea it was our move-in day when we showed up. They often take days to reply to emails and their in-office hours are hard to work around to see them in person. They rarely answer phone calls even to their front office and NEVER return phone calls. The more you ask to talk to the management team, the less responsive the staff becomes. The one time I was able to corner a manager was after the move out date when they explained to me that $450 was taken from my security deposit. They explained "regardless of how you clean up your apartment, we always you charge for cleaners and painters upon moving out." Very shady management and lack of safety pushed us out of Fountain Plaza. Not an absolutely horrible experience but definitely would not recommend people live here.
