We have been living here for quite a few years and although many people seem to put that they have great things. There's a lot of negatives like the gate is always broken. They for some reason haven't it fixed and right now are postponing the fixing of the gate due to cost issues. when it's expensive just to live here and have the funds to fix the gate. Another thing cars are broken into and stolen from here constantly. Our car has recently been broken into and friends of ours that have lived here have had their tires robbed and the car was left on bricks of wood. In addition to the cars being broken into there is no cameras to help catch whom ever broke in. The wooden fence have been knocked down by the homeless and hasn't been fixed. Constant times over the years the pool heater and Jacuzzi have been broken and the water is always very cold. This place is too expensive for the poor conditions that they have this place in. Looking forward to moving out of here.

Ive lived here for about 1 1/2 years now and its still a great complex to live in. The grounds are kept clean , people are respectful and quiet , no loud parties at night keeping people up, but most importantly, the thing that makes Sofi Berryessa great to live at is the people who work here . Sonia the property manager is so nice and super reasonable when there is any issue that needs to be approved for repairs or replacements , and shes always got a smile. Michael , the assistant property manager is the nicest man and every single time Ive seen him, he will go above and beyond to answer any and all questions and is on top of anything you ask him. And the maintenance guy, Daniel , is one of the most Knowledgeable and kind people Ive ever met. He knows about everything and anything when it comes to fixing things , repairs , painting , appliances , mold , shower caddies . Literally , anytime I asked him a question about something In the apartment , he had an answer and he was very detail oriented . He checked his work every time and made sure everything was done right , and was super patient in explaining what had to be done and why. And overall, maintenance was on top of work orders. Sadly , both Daniel and Michael both left to other jobs within one week of each other and their presence will be greatly missed. But Sonia is here and she is awesome !! I would highly recommend living in this complex as the rates are affordable as well with the market comparisons . I cant think of anything bad to say , other than maybe the parking for guests gets a bit difficult at night past 6 pm, but there is parking on the street and you likely wont have anyone having to walk more than a block away if you have guests.
