They moved mountains to make sure I was taken care of before, during, and after financing my car. While financial institutions can make the process tedious with lower credit, this business did everything they could to make sure I'd leave the lot with the vehicle I wanted. I'm very happy with my new car and that I found a professional who is knowledgable and hospitable. A gem in San Jose.

When I first purchased my vehicle it was unknown to me that the radio had not been functional at all, which to their defense I did not do the proper inspection prior to purchasing. After effectively communicating with the owners, Mak personally took this matter into his own hands and replaced my radio at no charge! It was such a grand gesture and much appreciated. It showed that they go above and beyond for their customers, especially since this is a big buy.

I have to say this is not like a regular car dealership. Mak, Justin and their support staff person go over and beyond in trying to please their customers. They treated me like family. I would recommend them any time.
