Love the employees here. Though which I dont remember names some girls will stand at front desk waiting for time to leave. Was told previous dentist had passed last July 5..

The best Dental place Ive ever had .
Ive been getting major work done for the past 6 months , Im not afraid of them , (LOL)
They are like family , they care & check on me ... Im so happy I chose a great , clean place with friendly staff ! Gretel is fantastic , she is the real reason Im returning besides my teeth looking amazing , done by mr. wang !

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, and the front desk called me to reschedule because my mom is not a emergency case, and they have a New Year conference. And she is very rude

I LOVE the Office Staff at this Berryessa location! The girl there who always has a massive smile on her face is amazing! She is the main reason I go here! She always is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to help me with payment arrangements, helping with my insurance, and she always remembers me by name! She seems like she is the main front desk(I'm not sure what her title is) associate as everyone always asks her for help but I'm so bad with names. :(
One of the other reviews has a picture of her wearing a hat with one of the patients. If you get lucky enough to have her help you, she will delight you with great conversations and fantastic customer service.
They are open on the weekends(O.O so incredibly rare among dentists) and are always amazing at helping me schedule an appointment during a time that works for me.
The dentists seem to change each time I go but I don't mind, most of the ones who have helped me I've had no complaints.
