Walgreens

Prescriptions were sent to this Walgreens after my regular one closed. It's been a nightmare. Every time I send one in, I have to call in, but most of the times there is no reason for it when they pull up my info - it's just a delay. But, it takes multiple attempts of waiting 15 minutes to then be hung up on. Transferring everything out of this place.

I'd like to give a zero star rating but there isn't that option. I've been using this pharmacy for years, and have been terribly disappointed in the customer service but because of convenience of location, I keep going back. Today was the last time. As always, when I try to call them I have to wait on hold for a long time, connecting and disconnecting, being put on hold many times. Today I waiting 20 minutes, and then I got disconnected from the call before I could even speak with someone. This is the worst service of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

The only positive thing I can say about this Walgreens is that Im happy that they hire the disabled.

The absolute worst pharmacy in this world. The staff clearly hate their jobs and should not be working in a patient care setting. Im a nurse and Ive never been so appalled by the behavior and/or lack of concern these individuals have for their patients. They dont answer their phone EVER. I finally went to the pharmacy in person after being looped around on the phone for nearly 2 hours. When I got there they were completely rude and acted as if I was a complete inconvenience to them. I worry about individuals who arent mobile or cant drive and have diabetes. How would these folks get their insulin without being able to physically drive there? At the end of the day this pharmacy needs to be shut down. Its too much of a risk for patients to put their trust in them to fill their prescriptions.
