Way understaffed. Slow service would be a compliment. 24 hours after they said my prescription would be ready, it wasnt. 20 minutes later, back to the end of the long line. Last time Ill come here.

Incompetent team. Manager sucks at her job. Even with a prescription you cant get your medication. Manager argued the POS she uses cant process it???

This store used to have helpfull staff and was always shocked with great Christmas cards! Not anymore! When I asked staff today,December 2nd 2023 where the musical cards were,she said they haven't unpacked them yet,so come back some other time,which was kind of rude! Going to Target from now on,thinking why are staff at CVS rude to customers when it's a prime location on Lincoln Ave?
