I have bought there twice and they have been very honest and professional, and everything is cheaper than other places. Last time I needed a short rail and they gave it to me.

We recently moved into a home with a unique lock and I needed to visit a specialty hardware store to buy a replacement. Alum Rock Hardware, Windows & Doors popped up as close by and had great reviews, so I stopped in. I spent quite a while talking to Wayne who gave me a great education on lock types, showed me what kind of lock my home has and how to use it, talked me through options of replacing the lock and/or replacing the door, how to repair what I have vs replace, etc. I was so grateful for all the knowledge he shared and we ended up coming up with a game plan together. It was great to find such a genuine, honest, and helpful company to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, just working with the customer to find out what they need and help them get it even if there may be other, more expensive, options that would benefit the company more. I was very impressed, and so grateful to have found Wayne and Alum Rock Hardware, Windows & Doors. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for all future door and window needs as well.
