This one is for Robin! Thank you sooo soooo much! She is a friendly and well knowdgeable employee who helped me and my husband out when we were out to get our first plant babies. She explained thoroughly what is best needed and how to take care of them with precision. Could see the passionate love she has for all things green!

Worst curbside service. Many cheating contractors park for the ease of close to doors and I have sat in parking spot for curbside delivery for over 45 minutes with no help. The online chat even was slow. The management here needs to reassess how employees expedite their curbside service. Other nearby sites are within 10-15 minutes to deliver to car. Here average is over 45minutes. As a person who is handicap this is a much needed service I rely on but the slow execution of delivery to car is ridiculous. Terrible customer service management to allow such awful service.

Dangerous forklifts and ladders clogging the busy aisles. Many unsorted returns of defective open box items on the shelves. Online inventory and actual aisle and bay location differ by orders of magnitude. Please have local management retrained to the Home Depot way promptly.
