Two of our friends recommended Budget Blinds to us when we told them we were going to install new windows. We were very impressed with their results. We called and made an appointment, and Marisol was wonderful to deal with - after an initial call, we were able to handle everything via texting, which was great since we're so busy.
Mark and I spent some time online looking at different types of blinds - we wanted light, airy, unpretentious, simple. It was an easy decision to choose honeycomb, since we wanted to enjoy the outdoors. Plantation shutters had blocked our view, and we had to keep furniture away from the wall to be able to close them when the sun was blinding.
Temo came and spent time with us showing us different styles and colors. It was easier to make the decisions than I expected! Our windows were put in the following week, and a few days later, our blinds were installed.
The house looked great with new paint and windows, but the blinds really gave us a new contemporary look. The motorized blinds we opted for in the living room are so simple to use - and now when the sun goes down, we don't have to move - nor do we have to shutter the whole room off. We just use the remote to lower the blinds a bit and can still enjoy the light and the sunset. It's wonderful!!!
