We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were decorated well and were nice and clean. They have an espresso machine in the breakfast cafe. The staff were very nice too. No complaints.

I posted a detail review, but it disappeared.
Breakfast poor at best. Really atrocious food.
Front desk difficult to work with. Asked for late checkout and was informed one minute past the 12 oclock hour, I will be charged more.
None of the response by the hotel is accurate. I never used the bathroom in the lobby, why would I? I had my own room. I was put into a room with a single bed, it was not an upgrade. I did not get a discounted rate. It cost $320 for two nights. It appears the hotel now has deleted their erroneous response to my review.

Rooms: Rooms are OK but declining
Walkability: Some of the restaurants are at walking distance
Food & drinks: You have several dining options close by

This hotel is great for a lower tier hotel. I was not expecting five star service as this is not a Hyatt or Sheraton. But the rooms were more than decent and the customer service was awesome, especially from Aurora in the evenings and the kitchen staff Evelyn were amazing
