The Arena Hotel

Made a reservation here approximately 1 year in advance. But when it was less than 3 months from the date of the event I received an email they had cancelled the room with no explanation. This put me in a ridiculously difficult situation. I went on their website and they were offering the room I had booked for over $1,000 a night. Guess when you're only paying a few hundred, you are subject to random cancellation for more profitable guests. I will never book here again...ever. Noteworthy details: Do not book here if you want to actually stay here. They'll cancel your reservation randomly.

This is not a Public Hotel. It is a Emergency Supportive Housing location under the current management of HomesFirst. A generous place where people can start to pick up the pieces of their lives. This is home. These are your neighbors. Be kind and compassionate. They have been through enough hardship, and most are calloused by the experiences of being homeless. However, nobody here is homeless, nobody here is unhoused. This is home. Nearby activities: Walking distance to the SAP Center, Little Italy District, San Pedro Square. Located on the Historical El Camino Real, it becomes The Alameda and then Santa Clara Street. Local shops. The Dirdon Cal Train Station
