This is a nice stay for corporate travelers. I stay here when I visit the corporate office. Very convenient to dining locations.

Decent hotel. Room was good. Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the lady at the front desk late night. I had problems with the hot water. I did not address it with the hotel whom likely would have resolved my concern. Just hated having the concern. I would give this hotel another try.

I have stayed here twice in the last month. The first time it was an ok place. Breakfast no much. Regular continental breakfast. The room was cleaned. The second time I stayed was the opposite. I wake up to take a shower and there is no hot water. I called front desk and they were aware of the situation and had called maintenance. No hot water for a day. Front desk staff was very limited. Housekeeping did not clean my room so I had no clean towels. I called for additional towels and I had to wait until someone else came to assist the front desk person or I had to come down and pick them up. No problem I went to pick them up but they did not have any available. Again I had to wait until more staff were available so the front desk person to go and get them from storage. I waited an extra hour for towels. They did change bedding sheets on the four night. The ac is loud when it starts. It sounds like a helicopter taking off.
