WOW! Our high school needed a replacement sound system for our football stadium in two weeks.Other places blew us off.  Kim came out and quoted in person, made excellent reccomendations for upgrading, and was always available by cell phone. The work was completed under a very tight schedule and with the utmost in professionalism between Kim and John his technician.At homecoming, a mute button was inadvertantly pressed and we had trouble. John was available from a weekend off to trouble shoot this for us via phone and Kim arrived at the site (from 10 miles away at rush hour) with a tool box to insure all was ok.We were treated like VIP's, within budget and with respect.This is the place for high end equipment at the right price from someone who knows his business.

I only go here, because I have no other choice. Prices are too high. He charges 200% more for the lamps that I need than I could get online, but unfortunately, when I need them, I need them now.All Kim talks about is how nobody buys his items anymore, ( he actually tried talking me out of an LED light because "he will never see me again..." he wanted me to actually buy something where I'll need to come back and buy replacement light bulbs. How disgusting.The store is a disaster. No order whatsoever. The last time I went in there, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to clean the counter before he'd help me. And the kicker: When I called to ask if he had my lamps in stock, he did not know what a "pin spot" was, and just said "No" and hung up. I was not convinced he knew what he was talking about so I immediately visited the store anyway, and found that he had 4 on the shelf. He didn't even bother to think or look for what I wanted.I think I will just order online in advance from now on, so when a light blows, I have them on hand.
