Assistant store manager Bani went above and beyond to help me with my vintage Le Klint lampshade, which was missing part of the frame. She created a clip that solved my problemand spared me the hassle and expense of ordering a pricey new frame from overseas.

I found my experience at Lamps Plus on Stevens Creek in San Jose to be worthwhile. The customer service was really good, and I came away with the products I was seeking.

The store manager Mek is a liar and terrible representation of this business. He made huge mistakes and refused to accept his mistakes. Firstly, he wasn't aware the online sale ended yesterday so after I began the order process with a salesperson, he refused to honor the sale price on the tags still attached to all the lights in store. He immediately told his employees to remove the tags. He also mispriced another light I planned to buy. After realizing he completely messed up the store prices, he told me I would have to buy the used store samples (open box items) if I wanted to pay the sale price that was on tagged on the lights (before he started removing them). Secondly, he refused to give me his supervisor's number, lied saying his manager was vacation. He also bad mouthed the company by saying if I report to corporate they won't do anything about it. I'm appalled by this type of behavior for such a large business. I was trying to support a local business since other Lamp Plus locations have closed. I've already spoke to corporate will be showing them the photos of the lights with sale price tags. Zero stars for this store due to poor management. Price tags do not say price is for floor samples. Update: Thank you Bani for reaching out and rectifying the situation. I am very happy with the light purchase and will continue to support your store.
