She was very thorough and did an excellent job with my pedicure! The salon is clean, well lit, nice music playing, it just felt good being there late morning on a weekday, not crowded.

Ive really given this place a solid shot multiple times but Im leaving my appointment right now and feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I originally came here about two months ago and the first time I got my nails done my nails were exquisite and I loved them however the second time I felt forced into getting the dip powder option. So I went with that and it ended up really damaging my nails. I know that many people have great experiences with dip so this is just my own personal experience. Because of that I took a break and went somewhere else for two months, and decided to give this place another shot. When I called and made an appointment I made sure not to have the previous nail technician that I was booked with, I was extremely happy with the owner who arranged to have a different tech come in specifically for my appointment so that made me feel like a valued customer. In this appointment the new nail technician asked me doing the powder dip option. I responded honestly sharing that I dont like that and I also asked why this salon keeps pushing that option. She got extremely frustrated and annoyed with me because of this. She was rude the whole remainder of the appointment. My nails look great however, she was being rough with my hands and just seemed completely fed up with me the entire time I will not be giving this place a fourth chance. I still tipped her $10 because I value of her time and I understand that sometimes people just have a bad day but when youre in the business of service I recommend not taking it out on your customers and trying to not take it personal when your customer doesnt want some thing that you offered.
