Mimi is great at hospitality and customer service. I love how welcoming she is. I follow her from her previous location because I enjoy conversating with her. She knows what color of nails I like and it's flexible in meeting my needs.
The only thing that made me uneasy was the parking situation and environment. I felt like I have to keep a constant eye on my vehicle. The shopping center has limited parking.

She was really nice, in the beginning, and she did a great design. So I payed her, gave her a tip, and left. 3 days later 4 of the acrylics fell off from doing nothing. I call and ask her for me to redo them and she can't do them for another 4 days, plus refuses to give a refund. My real nails are in a lot of pain and thin. Do not go here!!
