        Russel is an all round fantastic person who is really down to earth and willing to help out. Recommended to me by Geico, he offered the best rate, quickest time to reach my motorcycle, and knew all the details to onboard it, lock it in place, and off board it back at home. Definitely saving his number in my phone in case I need a tow in the area in the future!

        Called to get pricing of a tow and while trying to get the location the person on the phone was getting impatient. I have bad service where Im at and I told him the location was loading. He told me to just call someone else because he cant help me. Said he didnt want the job.

      Not True! She said she wanted a price for towing. I told her to have her boyfriend call since he was the customer. She was not at the location for the tow and was just trying to be helpful. There are a lot of things that could make a difference on the price. She did say he was on the freeway. If I depend on second hand information I could easily give an inaccurate price. This could lead to a conflict of interest when it comes to paying for the tow. The impatience was on this person (who was not even the customer needing a tow) deciding to leave a bad review for my business and for this I give you "0" stars.
