        Daughter broke down in San Jose and she called this company for a tow to shop. We were charged $289.00 for less than 8 miles. I called the company to ask them about rates and was told it is Saturday that have a $65.00 service charge. Also got the run around about rates never gave me an answer and has no customer service skills (Rude). $224.00 for less than 8 miles WOW!! DON'T CALL Service: Car towing

        What service!? The guy never showed up! Lied that he had, but I was there. Then that I had canceled. Lastly that he couldn't locate plain as day! Vehicle on major intersection. So how could he say I wasn't there!? If couldn't locate it. Their office staff! Not better. Never use them again!
