        This company was hired by my insurance to tow my car. They are so irresponsible i had to hire another towing company to tow my car and deal with insurance later. I do not know based on what qualifications my onsurance company has contracted them for roadside assistance but thay will hear about it from me.

        The tow driver (I believe his name was Johnny) was a welcome smiling face as I waited on the side of the freeway for a tow. It was a scary time but I felt reassured by his presence. Thanks for your help.

        Horrible service, they kept us waiting for a tow truck for almost 2 hours and we had to cancel because they couldn't find a driver they said.
