I dont know who could have possibly had reason to write a 1 or 2 star review but I would recommend Robert and his store to everyone! Robert is communicative, easy to work with and overall just a lovely human being. My blinds are perfect! Grateful to have found his store!

Our shutters are beyond stunning! Install went quickly and smoothly and Robert was wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier! :)

I have 2 hunter douglas shades installed by them in late 2020 and it was a good experience. The owner Robert seems very nice and I enjoyed working with him. Things are great until... one of the shades stopped working (which is on the skylight so it's impossible for me to reach/inspect/fix it without professional help). Then the customer service nightmare begins - over the past 2 years, I have been trying to get their help (texts, calls, in-person visits) but they simply did not help me with my problem. Sometimes I get replies that they will schedule the repair with me followed by radio silence, other times I simply get ghosted. The shade problem was discovered and reported during the warranty period but now it has been almost 2 years... you cannot imagine the efforts I have been through while this is still not fixed. To be fair, they did a great job installing the shades; but if you want a company with good custom service then I suggest you look elsewhere. Note: I might consider changing this review only if they can actually fix my problem as promised so many times.

Yes we always start by saying "I usually don't write reviews, but . . . " But let me tell you, if you want a knowledgeable experience shade retailer that is going to listen to you and offer several options please call and give them your business. I called needing help with a shade for an oversized skylight and was so impressed by the attention to detail and transparent quote I received for a high end name brand product.
