Great Service!!!  He removed my blinds and installed temp blinds in my business in San Jose while they were being cleaned. Came back the next day and reinstalled all eleven blinds.Very happy and price was very good

Totally overpriced- don't waste your money- read on and learn the details.  I never received an estimate.  He cleaned two blinds and charged me more than twice the price of two new blinds.  The old blinds were in great condition and didn't really need cleaning.  I only did it, because he was recommended.His invoice is $50.00 per blind, plus an additional "minimum charge" of $150.00.  So, $250.00 for cleaning two cheap, small Levelor blinds, and I can buy two new ones at Home Depot for $160.00 total.I see that at least one other customer had similar complaints.  If he were really that good, he would know the value of the blinds and know that it makes no sense for people to pay his nosebleed prices when you can buy new for half the price.  Also, he'd tell the person, "Buy new blinds, it will be a lot cheaper, and you'll have new blinds."I'm guessing the folks that gave five stars had very expensive blinds or don't realize how overpriced this guy is.  My blinds were small 46x36 blinds.At $50.00 to clean each blind it's very close to the $78.00 per blind brand new at Home Depot.  With the additional "Minimum Charge" of 150.00 he adds, it's downright extortionate.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Craig was very helpful in repairing the strings on my wood blinds. He was very responsive whenever I called and was able to turn it around in a couple hours so I got my blinds back the same day. I'll definitely be going to him for any future blind repairs. He also had very reasonable prices compared to other places I called for the same work.

They took our blind two months ago because the guy could not repair it so sent back to manufacturer even though he told us they were difficult to work with. We still have no blind in our kitchen window, and now the guy is out on leave. Weve called repeatedly but have gotten nowhere. The BBB is next.
