I have to say it has been wonderful experience working with all crew since the engagement. Morgan while especially awesome in understanding customer needs and recommend a durable long lasting recommendations which will save cost and benefit for the customer. Whole crew including installation is customer centric and Morgan goes 1 step ahead to patiently hearing customer needs and instead of selling too much to make money, she adjusted the best solution. Now we are super happy with their work. I am doing my second project with Morgan again. I would highly recommend JMK shutters for having a timely updates and installations on time with 5 star customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, Rommel and his team were professional and knowledgeable. During our initial consultation, Rommel provided excellent detail and advice on the right shutter. His installation team was efficient and professional. The basswood shutters provided were not only reasonably priced, but absolutely beautiful. There is no doubt I will use JMK shutters in the future and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

We just moved to a new house a few months ago, and set up a bunch of appointments for standard household fixtures such as window treatments, water softeners, landscape etc. Morgan from JMK was the ONLY person who showed up to this appointment on time, looked professional, had samples and tape measure, etc. We had 9 different appointments with other window companies and Morgan stood out and went above and beyond to make up feel comfortable with booking a company and spending a small fortune for window treatments. We have about 25 windows in total, we wanted a combination of treatments and not just standard blinds. We ended up going with Roman shades, roller shades and some shutters. When I tell you how beautiful my home looks, I'm really blown away by the quality, the service and the overall look of every product that came into our home! Morgan gave us great suggestions, helped with colors and what's going to look best, help block out light, allow light to come in, what's safe for the family! I'd book JMK over and over again, and not waste time seeking other companies!

I was in the market for shutters and shades and stumbled upon JMK shutters on Yelp. I contacted them for an in-home consultation and Morgan was my consultant. She was on time to our first appointment, understood my preferences, answered all my questions, and provided really thoughtful suggestions. She did not push me into making any decisions and truly wanted me to consider what would be best for me after looking over her quotes and options. I went away for work and contacted her again almost 2 months later to ask some more questions. Surprisingly, she still remembered details of my home which made the call very easy, and I got all the answers I needed. This was when I decided to pull the trigger because I knew throughout these interactions she definitely had my interest at heart, which was a rare quality for a salesperson. During our final measurement, Morgan was again on time, professional, and provided various color samples and helped me finalize my decisions. I also wanted to point out that during both of these in-home visits, Morgan voluntarily offered to put on shoe covers when she came in, which I absolutely appreciated because I had new carpet installed. She clearly treated me like a valued customer and took care of my home the way she would her own home. Bonus - Morgan was always extremely responsive to texts/calls since the very beginning, even after I signed a contract and paid the deposit. I am very happy to be supporting a local business that delivers outstanding services and product selections. I can't wait to see my shutters and shades when they are installed!

I was looking to replace my roman shades with cordless roller shades. Morgan walked me through the pros and cons of roller shades, blinds and shutters. She answered my questions on maintenance, room darkening, privacy and how many shades I could have on one header. What impressed me was Morgan sent me a spreadsheet with all three options for each window. The spreadsheet was detailed with the cost of add-ons for each option. Having that information presented in a clear format helped me decide to go with shutters on my windows and a roller shade with a remote for my sliding door. Morgan gave me the custom paint code that matches the shutters so I could prep one of the windows. Devyn was great in scheduling the installation and the installers arrived within the scheduled window and did an excellent job. I am so happy with how my windows look!
