I'm so tired of dealing with Mark Tracy that I am going to make this review short and sweet. Similar to the C.W, he screwed up on the original measurements and blamed it on the manufacturer stating that he'll finish it next week. That was 3 months ago!! I've called and texted every week since then. Guess how many phone calls back. ZERO! The only time he replied (via text) was when I said I'd go to the BBB--he said he'd take care of it "next week" again! It's been a month since  2nd "next week".  This guy is totally shady! Stay away--I assume he'll treat others the same as me and C.W.

So recently we decided to redecorate our house and for the window coverings we decided to buy them ourselves and I would attempt to to install them.....ya right! The measurments were WAAAAY off and nothing fit. I was talking about my dilema at work the next day, and one of my co-workers suggested Mark Tracy who owns the installers touch. I called Mark, he came out a few days later. We had to order some new window coverings because mine were way off, but he gave me an excellent price, came back installed and it looked amazing. He is a perfectionist and would not stop dressing the curtains untill they looked just right. I also found out he does crown molding, so that is definatly the next step in my process.

If you are looking for someone who is a professional, who has integrity and does everything s/he can do to make sure the job is done well and one right, then look somewhere else!!! We hired Mark Tracy to install plantation shutters in our living room and our two bedrooms.  He screwed up on the measurements for the master bedroom shutters but claimed the manufacturer made the mistake.  He said he'd put a rush order on the shutters and we'd get them by the following week.  That should have been in the beginning Sept 2010.  He asked for a portion of what we owed him and I naively (stupidly) gave it to him.  It's now the end of December and not only do we NOT have the third set of shutters, my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.  Save yourself the stress.  Find someone who cares about his/her work, cares about his/her reputation and actually cares about you, the customer, because this guy DEFINITELY does not.
