My family and I had a great experience working with this company, especially with James. He was extremely helpful and patient with us as we chose our window treatments. He was also very thorough with his explanations regarding the shades and roller shades that we wanted. They came out beautifully and we love the colors and ease of their use. So far, the quality of the shades, roller shades, and mechanical shades that we selected are great. We had some issues regarding sizing and noise after installation, but James and his team were so responsive and solved things smoothly. I am definitely glad we found this family business. They offer great customer service and pricing.

If you want interior window coverings there is no better place than Famiere custom window treatment and coverings. James the owner of the company is a very friendly, caring, and honest person. I had a home in Gilroy that he did and the products I purchased were from Norman Shutters. For 10 ten years I owned my home and the quality and workmanship were top quality. I never had any issues with the Shutters they stayed in brand new condition. My Dad's house was also worked on and many people have complemented how beautiful the Shutters look and how the quality of craftsmanship is second to none. I purchased another home in Hollister and there is no one else that I can trust more with my brand new home than James and his Famiere company. James is very fair with his pricing, his installation of the Shutters is flawless, he's a very kind, informative, honest individual. James Pham and his team at Famiere have THE BEST PRICES and TOP QUALITY!!!!!!We wanted to save money and upgrade our window coverings ourselves through home improvement stores / online companies - but when a friend recommended James from Famiere, we thought "why not give it a try ".And his prices were the BEST we've seen.
