Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa ANA - Orange County, an IHG Hotel

Very friendly staff that make your stay an excellent one. Very clean rooms, loved the gym. Highly recommend this place!

Reserved a 2 full bed room. Apparently one was not available upon our arrival. So they offered us a king "suite" with a king bed and sofa bed. Since it was 12:00am and I was leaving at 5am, I really didn't have much of a choice. We were assigned a room. The room already had people staying in it so we trekked back to the main desk to get another room. That room didn't have sheets/bedding for the pull out sofa. 1/2 hour later they delivered the sheets that didn't fit the pull out sofa. Too exhauster to complain at that point, we just used the sheets and blanket as a wrap on the bed. Requested a refund via Expedia. it was denied. Will not stay here ever again.

I have been trying to call the hotel to get my reservation canceled or rescheduled it because the flight got delayed and no one was answering. I have a bunch of calls in my phone history. I don't know why was no one at the desk to answer the calls. When i could not reach them for days, i talk to the priceline where i did my teservation and they tried to help out. They finally got a hold of someone at the hotel but this is when already past our reservation date and they would not refund me. When i already been trying to get a hold of them days before we supposed to check in. This hotel is not good at all. How can you cancel or rebooked it when they won't even answer their phone.

The room is super big, clean and easy to sleep in. A four-person room is about 5,200 a night and its not expensive. Its about a 15-minute drive from Angel Stadium. But the breakfast is relatively simple and there are not many items. If you dont have high requirements for breakfast, you can consider staying here.
