Karina provided me with excellent customer service today! They were a little busy at times, but she never abandoned meme for any phone inquiries (because of course customers do call), or any new walk ins. She explained a few different phones to me, and helped me upgrade to a new phone that I could be happy with. Thank you Karina for all your help!
