Please be aware this location does not honor what is promised on the phone they will give you credit till your past the return day for products or your locked in your contract I have numerous calls to t mobile my records show this avoid this nightmare and this location my son is know overseas in this magenta max military plan that was hiked up for on originally promised price but when he was home they kept on saying we will honor it know the t mobile representative I spoke to said go back to the location who sold it we can not help you but they had been helping me till it passed my lock in time AVOID T MOBILE 611 blames the location the location says it's up to t mobile be aware also according to them the price they give you is summarized it's not the actual price t mobile you want yo verify this go to all the calls I had made regarding my account and you will see ....they don't want to hold up to their part of our deal but the company wants me to finish my contract a contract that was entered under false pretext shame on you t mobile

Great customer service from yerald! He was extremely helpful in getting us upgraded on 2 new phones. Highly recommend the this t-mobile branch
