I had an out of area lender tell me 15 days into a 30 day escrow that she could not qualify our clients. I immediately called Joe and gave him their information. Joe and is team took over and in 14 days closed the transaction! Joe and his team are professional and responsive. Local lenders are key when it comes to a real estate transaction!
