Through a seemingly random chain of events, we got hooked up with PCL even though we are not located in the Vacaville area (we are in Oakland, CA). However, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Jonathan Ray. Jonathan worked with us for close to TWO YEARS as we navigated trying to buy a home in Bay Area as first time homeowners. He was always willing to run numbers for us, answer our questions or investigate a down-payment assistance program for us.
