        This is comical- non-apology number three - we apologize if your order was canceled. Nah Im just wasting my time complaining for the fun of it. And if it was canceled due to it being out of stock, whyd you make me wait three weeks? Buyer beware: You could order something from C&B for store pick up and wait for weeks only to have it canceled. I was supposed to pick up a furniture item at this store that I ordered online. After waiting three weeks, it was canceled. No explanation, only a non-apology apology 'we're sorry for any inconvenience.' I emailed to understand why this happened. I got an even worse non-apology 'we're sorry to hear your order was canceled' and was offered an insulting 10% off another purchase. I've shopped at C&B for years. No longer. I don't care to support companies that sell people stuff and can't deliver, and, more importantly, don't know how to apologize when they screw up. An actual apology and an explanation was all I needed. I don't know who is running this corporation's customer service department, but I question whether they have adequate credentials for the job (or even any common sense).
