We contacted Denver Apt Finders because we wanted to move from across the country within a short period of time, and not knowing the neighborhoods well, we felt this would be a good way to get some perspective. Our process involved limiting our apt tours to two days when we were visiting. When we reached out to Denver Apt Finders, we received a response Brian to schedule an initial call to talk about our needs within a day or two. Within a half hour of our call, he made us feel confident about the process. The same day we were contacted by our agents, Ashley and Haley - let me tell you, what a great team to work with! They sent us a list of a dozen properties with whom Denver Apt Finders partners. Then we were asked to weed them down to 3-5 and tell them why we picked those over others so they could get a better feel about our priorities in finding our next home. We were kindly asked to make separate arrangements to tour those properties with which they didn't have a partnership (understandably, given Denver Apt Finders' pay structure). Most communication was done over Slack, which made it easy to receive quick replies to our questions - usually within an hour, or even minutes, of our asking. Within a few days of having weeded down the properties we wanted to tour, Ashley and Haley had 3 tours scheduled for us. After each tour, we discussed what we liked and didn't like about individual properties. Both agents were good listeners and very attentive to our needs. They even went above and beyond to make sure we got a photo from the unit we'd move into so we could take a look at the view before making a final decision. I'm so thankful I stumbled across Denver Apartment Finders!! Ashley and Haley were absolutely fantastic and we're so easy to work with - they found me so many amazing listings, planned all the tours (and accompanied me on them), and always checked in to make sure I was happy! They truly went above and beyond and made the whole apartment hunting experience so much better! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Haley and Ashley were super attentive, thorough, and communicative throughout the whole process. They made relocation as easy as it can be, I couldn't imagine this move without their help.
