Since 2005, Mr. Kelley has been active as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the metropolitan Denver real estate market. In 2013, Mr Kelley became owner/broker of Provident Real Estate. Provident is affiliated with Metro Brokers DTC-Marina Square, the largest Metro Brokers office in Colorado. Mr. Kelley is now President and owner of that office. Prior to his brokerage activities, Mr. Kelley was President of Provident Custom Homes. The company was a builder of new custom homes in the Metro Denver market. His experience in the custom home building industry has allowed him to specialize as a realtor for new builds and age restricted communities. Richard's focus has been serving real estate needs in age restricted communities such as Toll Bothers Inspiration and Heritage Eagle Bend. Richard also is the exclusive real estate broker for Carr Estates in Westminster. In his brokerage activities Mr. Kelley specializes in land and lots for new custom homes. Richard has been active in various aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Previously, in the Title Insurance industry, Richard held a variety of positions including Title Officer, Escrow Officer, General Manager, and President. Mr.Kelley has been a member of the Home Builders Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, and other Real Estate Industry organizations.
