I hired Capital Flooring to install all my carpet and hardwoods. Expensive job. Turns out Ryans employee(name unsaid) was hustling side work and pocketing my money. The employee got fired and then I had to track down Ryan. He would not rectify his employees embezzlement but all Ryan wanted was my work and charge more on top of his ex employee embezzlement. My policy is not to reward more business for bad business mistakes. It wasn't handled professionally and I lost money by hiring this company. Hopefully, Ryan had better quality control going forward.

We recently had a complete remodel and used Capital Flooring for our floors. We could not have been happier with the product options, Ryans industry knowledge, his professionalism and his willingness to meet with us on our schedule. He somehow managed to keep his part of the project on schedule even during the pandemic! We highly recommend Ryan and Capital flooring without reservation for any project big or small!

Ryan and his crew are amazing and did quality work and did it with time in mind! They have a wide selection that you can choose from! Anything from LVT, engineered hardwood, carpet and more! Really thankful to have them help out when my house flooded do to a broken washing machine!

Highly recommend Capital Flooring Co. Hard to beat their quality and pricing on their products. Ryan and his partner Mike were completely on top of my project and their installers are quick and their work is guaranteed. I'll continue to use Capital Flooring for all my flooring needs.
