I stopped into the store on Monday morning with the intention of taking a look at their product showroom since I was in the Denver area. I was discriminated against because I was unlikely to purchase from them since I was working with a consultant in Fort Collins. I was basically punished for being honest and saying that I would like to look at larger samples of some of the products I was considering. I was not allowed to even walk through the store to browse. The person I spoke with was polite, but quoted a script that said since they have chosen to invest in brick and mortar showroom, only people who are going to buy from them, should reap the benefit of looking at their displays. A business should not have public store hours if theyre not going to allow people to come through and look. Even though my home is not in Denver, I have numerous friends who live there, and I couldve been a potential referral for them if I had been treated with dignity and respect.

Good experience all around. Kay our sales lady showed us all our options and was great to work with. The installers were also great. Very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this business.

Excellent service. Excellent subcontractor installers. Unfortunately their names escape us, but couldn't have had a better, easier process. The shutters make our home look more expensive than it is. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain...you get what you pay for.
