        Upon coming back home away for a few days my apartment was flooded and i was not contact after 2 days of water damage from apartment above. Maintenance knew that water flooded my apartment and choose to neglect it. I am still waiting for repairs to be made and Brewery has not taken steps or communicated how this will be addressed. Inconvenienced and Frustrated with no help or response!

        I've been here for a month and a half. And it's been a great place to live. I can't wait for the summer to walk along the pier!!

        Ive been here since 2017, had the pleasure of living in 3 different units. Not one unit is like the other. Maintenance is quick to respond, Allison (property manager ) is always available and responds quickly with any issues or concerns. I absolutely love this place!!! Its quiet, everyone says hello, I cant say enough about this building.
