Terrible company when anything goes wrong. The car wasnt registered and they double charged me for insurance. Thats not the end of the world though - Im a reasonable person - the real problem was no one could help me for days: not the local office, not corporate, no one - and even after 5 days when they finally replaced my car and promised me a refund, they failed to refund me - I started calling them every week and nicely explaining my situation, but they just kept telling me that only the local manager can help, and the local manager ignored me every time. And it gets worse when they wouldnt refund me I disputed the credit card charge, and they told my credit card company there was nothing wrong and took the money back. Ive re-disputed and I hope to have success, now a month later. Update: Nope, they fought me tooth and nail, and sent a collection company after my excellent credit. After months of fighting I gave up and paid to protect my hard earned credit - what an upsetting outcome - Enterprise should be ashamed.
