I am so disgusted with my experience. My main sewer line was blocked over the weekend. Brandon replied several times that he would be out but he would not give me a time and when I would ask for an ETA he would simply state that he was not blowing me off. He did not arrive until after 4pm on Monday evening. He attempted to clear the line from my front yard but was not able to. He stated he needed to remove the toilet but left and did not return. I had to call Horizon on Tuesday morning when I could not get Brandon to respond to my text. The Horizon plumber cleared the line and waited with us to make sure all drains in the house worked. They also gave us recommendations for a cleaning company that handles water damage. There is significant water damage to my downstairs bathroom and laundry room due to the 72 hour delay. This entire ordeal has cost me thousands of dollars. I will never use this plumber again.
